Pet-Friendly Living at Our Community

We know pets are part of the family, and we're pleased to welcome your furry companions to our community.

Pet Guidelines

To help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents, the following pet guidelines apply:

A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment home.
A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet is required.
Cats and dogs are welcome, subject to community guidelines and breed restrictions.
Non-traditional pets may be permitted with prior management approval.

Responsible Pet Ownership

Residents are expected to maintain control of their pets at all times and promptly clean up after them while on community grounds. Failure to properly dispose of pet waste may result in additional fees.

Breed Restrictions

For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain dog breeds and mixes are not permitted. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to:

Pit Bull Terriers and related breeds
Rottweilers
Doberman Pinschers
Chow Chows
German Shepherds
Akitas
Presa Canarios
Alaskan Malamutes
Wolf Hybrids
Cane Corsos

Management reserves the right to restrict any animal that displays aggressive behavior or poses a threat to the health, safety, or well-being of residents, guests, or staff.

Pet Registration

All pets must be approved by management and properly documented prior to moving into the community. Residents are required to complete a Pet/Animal Addendum as part of the leasing process.

Assistance Animals

Service animals and other approved assistance animals are welcome. Assistance animals are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or breed restrictions. Residents requesting accommodation for an assistance animal should contact the leasing office for additional information.
